Beef enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt
- chili powder - 1 2
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ground beef
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- green onions - 1 item
- Monterey Jack - 1 c
- cans enchilada sauce - 2 oz
- Garnish: sour cream
- tortillas corn or flour - 12 item
How to make beef enchiladas:
Garnish: sour cream green onions Cook beef and onions; drain. Add chili powder; cook 1 minute. Stir in 1 can enchilada sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.Spoon 1/4 cup meat on tortillas. Spread with 2 tablespoons of each cheese. Roll up, place seam side down in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine remaining meat and can of enchilada sauce. Pour over filled tortillas. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, covered. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
