Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- cup celery, chopped - 1/3 item
- lb ground beef - 1 item
- cup green pepper, chopped - 1/3 item
- cans cream of celery soup, undiluted - 2 item
- can whole kernel corn, plus liquid - 1 item
- medium cans tomatoes, plus liquid - 2 item
How to make beef chowder:
Brown beef. Remove from pan. Saute onion, celery, and green pepper until tender. Drain pan drippings and add rest of ingredients. Simmer 1 hour and serve.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Soups & stews, Chowders.
