Beef cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- Accent seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- small jar dried chipped beef, finely chopped and divided in halves 1/2 in mixture and 1/2 to roll ball in to cover outside* - 1 item
How to make beef cheese ball:
*Jar is blue, found in canned meat section.I put all ingredients except 1/2 of chipped beef in food processor and mix it thoroughly. Then I dip it out and put it on waxed paper on which other half of beef has been spread. Then I roll it around on wax paper to coat. Refrigerate.
