Beef casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- noodles
- pinch of garlic salt - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese for topping - 1 item
How to make beef casserole:
Brown the beef and add salt, sugar and garlic salt. Add tomato sauce and remove from heat. Cook noodles. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chopped onions and green pepper. In a buttered casserole, place a layer of noodles, a layer of cream cheese mixture and a layer of the meat mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
