Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onions, chopped - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- green peppers, chopped - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make beef casserole:
Brown meat, onions, celery and green peppers. Mix with soups and add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Put in casserole. Cook at 350° until bubbly, about 35 to 40 minutes. Put Chinese noodles on top and bake 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
