Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1/2 item
- liquid smoke - 1/4 c
- meat tenderizer - 1 item
- beef brisket - 1 item
How to make beef brisket:
Line a pan with several layers of foil. Trim excess fat from brisket. Sprinkle brisket with meat tenderizer, salt and pepper; pierce meat evenly.Mix Worcestershire sauce and hickory smoke; pour over meat. Place sliced onion on top of meat and seal tightly in foil. Bake in a 300° oven until tender.
