Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- liquid smoke - 1/2 c
- brisket - 10 14
- large onion, chopped or sliced - 1 item
How to make beef brisket:
Line a large pan with heavy-duty foil about 2 1/2 times longer than the brisket. (I use a lasagna or jelly roll pan.) Place brisket (trim fat if necessary) in foil. Place onion on top of meat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Wrap meat loRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
