Beef barbecue
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- water
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- stalk celery - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- large onions, diced - 3 item
- chuck roast, cut into 5 to 6 pieces - 6 lb
How to make beef barbecue:
Heat oven to 300°. Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Bake at 300° for 5 to 6 hours. (It can be baked overnight in a 200° oven.) After it is cooked, let it sit for about 1/2 hour and then shred the meat, removing the fat. This can then be stored in the refrigerator until needed (can make a day ahead of time).
