Beef and vegetable soup



Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can corn - 1 oz
- can green beans - 1 oz
- potatoes, peeled and diced - 3 item
- whole canned tomatoes - 2 (16
- can black-eyed peas - 1 oz
- can carrots - 1 oz
How to make beef and vegetable soup:
In large soup pot, brown ground beef with onion. Then add all of the rest of the vegetables and water with juice and all. Boil for about 1 hour on medium heat.You can serve with cornbread or crackers.
