Ingredients/Components
- salt
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- rice - 1/2 c
- can tomatoes - 1 item
How to make beef and rice casserole:
Lightly brown beef, onion and pepper in fat. Wash rice. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
