Beef and potato casserole



Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- paprika - 1 item
- ground beef
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomato sauce
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- potatoes, mashed - 5 item
How to make beef and potato casserole:
Brown ground beef in a skillet with onion and green pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Place in a casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over beef mixture and cover with mashed potatoes.
