Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • ground beef
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • tomato sauce
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • potatoes, mashed - 5 item

How to make beef and potato casserole:

Brown ground beef in a skillet with onion and green pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Place in a casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over beef mixture and cover with mashed potatoes. Cut butter into small pieces and place on potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and brown in oven at 350°.
