Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can beef broth - 1 item
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- can cream of onion soup - 1 item
- celery seed optional - 1 can
- or 3 packs stew beef - 2 item
- or 2 packs frozen onions and peppers or 2 fresh onions and 1 pepper - 1 item
- pack noodles - 1 item
How to make beef and noodles:
Place all ingredients in a large pot except for the noodles. Cover pot and simmer on medium heat for about 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add water as needed to keep the ingredients moist. After 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, add the noodles. Simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes. Since the noodles will absorb water, add water as needed to prevent drying out.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Beginner cook, Stove top.
