Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/4 c
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • broccoli flowerets - 2 c
  • can cream of broccoli soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, cut into wedges - 1 item
  • boneless beef sirloin - 3/4 lb
  • garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced - 1/8 tsp

How to make beef and broccoli:

Slice beef across the grain into thin strips. In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook beef until browned, stirring often. Remove from pan. In remaining 1 tablespoon oil, cook broccoli and onion with garlic powder until tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
