Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 1/4 c
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
How to make beat and eat frosting:
Place sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla and egg white in small mixer bowl; mix well. Add boiling water to egg mixture. Beat with a beater on high speed until mix will stand in stiff peaks. Makes 3 cups. Ices 2 (8-inch) layer cakes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
