Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
How to make beat and eat frosting:
Combine egg white, sugar and cream of tartar in mixing bowl. Add boiling water and beat until thick and fluffy. Add vanilla. Frosts a 9-inch cake.Substitute 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract for vanilla (if desired).
Prep: 10 minutes.
