  • granulated sugar - 3/4 c
  • boiling water - 1/4 c
  • cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
  • egg white unbeaten - 1 item

How to make beat and eat frosting:

Mix egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a deep bowl; add boiling water. Beat until peaks form. This frosts a 2 layer cake.
