Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- tarragon vinegar - 1/3 c
- yolks of 3 eggs
How to make bearnaise sauce:
Heat vinegar and pour on well beaten egg yolks; set bowl with mixture over hot water. Stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat; add butter a half teaspoon at a time and blend into sauce.
