Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 3 c
- tomato juice
- diced celery - 2 c
- sliced carrots - 2 c
- bay leaves - 2 item
- dried navy beans - 2 lb
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- bacon - 2 lb
How to make bean with bacon soup:
Cook navy beans until soft. Cook together onions, potatoes, celery and carrots until soft. Fry bacon and crumble in small pieces. Add to vegetables, drippings too.
