Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 3/4 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can lima beans - 1 item
- jar sliced pimento - 1 item
- can green beans French-style - 1 item
How to make bean salad:
Mix. Heat these 5 ingredients. Pour over the first 6 ingredients (bean mixture). Stir. Refrigerate overnight. Heat and stir last 5 ingredients until sugar has dissolved but do not boil before pouring over beans.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
