Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- cumin - 1 tsp
- black olives - 1 item
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- corn bread mix - 1 item
- Topping: Cheddar cheese
How to make bean bread:
Topping: Cheddar cheese black olives Saute in oil the onion and pepper. Mix your favorite corn bread. Add remaining ingredients to corn bread mixture and 1/2 onion and peppers. Spread remaining half of onions and peppers in bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle a small can of sliced black olives and cheese over top. Return to oven until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Breads, North american, Native american.
