Bean and corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- roll Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make bean and corn casserole:
Mix green beans and corn. Put in greased casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, onions and salt. Spread over beans and corn. Mix melted margarine with crushed crackers and slivered almonds. Spread on top of casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350°, uncovered. (Can be made and put in refrigerator overnight before baking.)Recipe categories: Corn, Main dish, Casseroles.
