Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- grated Cheddar - 1/2 c
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make bean and corn casserole:
Mix green beans and corn. Place in greased casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, onions and salt. Spread over beans and corn. Mix melted margarine with crushed crackers and slivered almonds. Spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.Recipe categories: Corn, Main dish, Casseroles.
