Ingredients/Components
- salt
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- chili powder - 1/8 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Place a layer of spareribs in bottom of heavy roaster. Cover with layer of sliced onion; add more meat (if wanted). Then cover with the sauce which has been mixed together thoroughly. Put in oven at 325°. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender; uncover the last half hour of baking. Serve hot.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
