Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- shortening - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- white vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- spareribs - 4 lb
How to make barbecued spareribs:
Brown ribs in oven at 400° for 30 minutes. Heat all other ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ribs and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Meat, Pork.
