Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- apple cider vinegar - 3/4 c
- minced clove garlic - 1 item
- steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick and 1 inch wide
How to make barbecued round steak:
Preheat oven to 350°. Heat oil in skillet. Brown steak; simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over before covering. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
