Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • apple cider vinegar - 3/4 c
  • minced clove garlic - 1 item
  • steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick and 1 inch wide

How to make barbecued round steak:

Preheat oven to 350°. Heat oil in skillet. Brown steak; simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over before covering. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more. Yields 4 servings.
