How to make barbecued round steak:
Wash and tenderize meat. Cut into small pieces and place in ovenproof dish. Cover with barbecue sauce. Use lid or foil to cover. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. You can have it more tender by baking it at 250° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
