Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- short ribs
How to make barbecued ribs:
Brown ribs in heavy skillet, then arrange in a deep baking dish. Cover with onion slices. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over onion. Cover and bake at 325° until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally with sauce. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Fruit, Meat, Pork.
