Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- ground mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- ribs - 4 lb
How to make barbecued ribs:
Place butter in saucepan. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Let simmer for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients, except ribs. Cook 10 to 12 minutes. Brown ribs. Pour sauce over ribs. Cook at 350° for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Fruit, Meat, Pork.
