Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- spareribs, cut - 3 lb
How to make barbecued ribs:
Brown ribs on all sides. Melt margarine in pan. Add onion and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until flavors are blended, about 15 minutes. Pour sauce over browned ribs. Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hoursRecipe categories: Fruit, Meat, Pork.
