Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- Place in shallow baking dish
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Mix together and form into small balls. Place in shallow baking dish.Sauce:1/2 c. catsup1/4 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 c. water1/2 c. chopped onions1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix together and pour over meatballs. You may double sauce for more. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
