Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar
- quick oats - 3 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- catsup - 2 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- ground chuck - 3 lb
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Sauce:2 c. brown sugar2 c. catsup1 tsp. mustard1 tsp. salt1 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. Worcestershire Place all of the first ingredients in bowl; mix thoroughly. Form into 2-inch balls; place in rows in a baking pan.Sauce: Mix ingredients. Pour over meatballs and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
