Barbecued meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- barbecue sauce - 1 c
- can tomatoes - 1/2 item
- garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Mix first 5 ingredients and make into meatballs. Do not fry. Place the meatballs in a large casserole dish. In a separate dish combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook at 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Delicious served on mashed potatoes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
