Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- catsup
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- can evaporated milk - 12 oz
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Sauce:2 c. catsup2 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. garlic1/4 c. onion, chopped To make meatballs, combine all ingredients. Shape into walnut size balls. Place in single layer on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Store in freezer bags until ready to use. To make sauce, combine all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. When ready to use, place frozen meat balls into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Pour on the sauce. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 80 balls.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
