  • sugar - 11 Tbsp
  • milk - 8 c
  • salt - 12 tsp
  • water
  • rolled oats - 6 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • chopped onions - 1 item
  • ketchup
  • hamburg - 12 lb

How to make barbecued hamburgers:

Sauce:5 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce11 Tbsp. sugar5 1/2 c. ketchup2 1/2 c. water chopped onions Combine hamburg, rolled oats, milk, salt, pepper and onions. Let stand overnight. The next morning, make mixture into patties and fry, then make sauce and pour over patties. Bake 1 hour, then put patties in jars. Divide sauce equally in jars. Process in pressure cooker for 45 minutes or in hot water bath for 2 hours. Handy for sandwiches.
