Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- paprika - 2 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- knockwurst - 2 lb
How to make barbecued franks:
Brown onions in oil; add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Cut up franks and place in glass dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Meat.
