Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
  • medium onions, chopped - 2 item
  • knockwurst - 2 lb

How to make barbecued franks:

Brown onions in oil; add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Cut up franks and place in glass dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
