Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic, crushed - 6 item
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- duck - 1 item
- sprig rosemary - 1 item
How to make barbecued duck:
Combine first seven ingredients to make sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cut duck into halves and barbecue, turning several times and basting generously with sauce until tender. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Duck.
