Ingredients/Components
- brisket - 4 lb
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Italian salad dressing - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
How to make barbecued brisket:
Put brisket in large covered dish; sprinkle with ingredients. Refrigerate and marinate overnight or longer. Add 1 cup barbecue sauce. Bake 3 to 4 hours at 300°.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Meat, Beef.
