- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- brisket - 4 6
How to make barbecued brisket:
Trim brisket well and wrap in foil. Bake at 275° for 5 hours. Bring other ingredients to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Pour over drained brisket and bake 1 1/2 hours more.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Meat, Beef.
