Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- beef brisket - 5 6
- bottle liquid smoke - 1 oz
How to make barbecued brisket:
Sprinkle brisket with salts and seed. Place in marinade pan or cooking bag if no pan. Pour smoke over meat to coat all surfaces. Flip pan from time to time. Refrigerate overnight.Next morning, sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon regular salt and Worcestershire sauce. Bake in roasting pan or in browning bag in a 275° oven for 5 hours.
