- salt
- water - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- ground beef
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- oats - 1 c
- Barbecue Sauce - 1 item
- Shape mixture into 16 patties
How to make barbecued beefies:
Mix all ingredients, except Barbecue Sauce. Shape mixture into 16 patties. Place in ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches. Pour barbecue sauce over patties. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.Barbecue Sauce:3 medium onions, finely chopped3/4 c. catsup3/4 c.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
