Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Lea & Perrins - 3 Tbsp
- beef ribs - 3 lb
- small bottle catsup - 1 item
How to make barbecued beef short ribs:
Brown short ribs. Brown onion and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over short ribs and cook in slow oven until ribs are tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Beef ribs.
