Barbecued beef
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- water - 1 c
- vinegar
- pepper
- chili powder
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- barbecue sauce
- stock celery, chopped - 1/2 item
- chuck roast or 4 lb
How to make barbecued beef:
Combine ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and bake 6 hours at 300°. Remove beef from pan. Shred with 2 forks. Return meat to sauce. Makes about 20 sandwiches. Serve on semi-hard rolls.Also good served over rice and it's even better (if there's any left) the second time around.
