Barbecue sauce for chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- small jar horseradish and mustard, or equal parts of each combined - 1 item
- bottle small size Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 item
How to make barbecue sauce for chicken:
Mix all together and stir to boiling; use as required. Unused portion may be stored in refrigerator for several weeks. Baste chicken as desired or pour over chicken and bake in oven at 350° until done, about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Herb and spice mixes, Marinades and rubs, Cooking mixes.
