Barbecue sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- hot water
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- clove of garlic - 1 item
- few drops of Tabasco - 1 item
How to make barbecue sauce:
Mix ingredients and heat to boiling; remove garlic. Dip meats in sauce before broiling or roasting or use to baste during roasting. Approximate yield: 2 cups sauce.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Southern u.s., Cajun.
