Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- freshly ground black pepper - 1 item
- chili sauce or catsup - 1/2 c
How to make barbecue sauce:
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Good with beef, pork or chicken. Yield: About 1 1/2 cups. Approximate calories/serving: 1/2 cup = 95, 1 tablespoon = 25.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Southern u.s., Cajun.
