Barbecue sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- beef short ribs or chicken - 3 lb
How to make barbecue sauce:
Brown meat; drain off fat. Combine all ingredients, place over top of meat. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350°. Remove cover, bake 1/2 hour more. Can use lamb riblets or chicken legs also.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Southern u.s., Cajun.
