  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • catsup
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Sauce:2 c. catsup1 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 c. chopped onions1 c. water Mix together ground beef ingredients and make into small meatballs. Arrange in 10 x 15-inch pan; cover with sauce. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.

Sauce: Mix together and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs and bake.
