- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- barbecue sauce
- oats - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 2 lb
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce1/4 c. onion1 c. brown sugar1 c. ketchup Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and freeze until firm, then bake for 40 minutes at 350°. Then put in crock-pot and add sauce and simmer for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
