  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 1/2
  • liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
  • cup brown sugar - 3/4 item
  • cup chopped onion - 1/2 item
  • cup oatmeal - 1 item
  • 6oz can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • Shape into balls the size of small walnuts

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls the size of small walnuts. Place into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.Sauce1 cup catsup3/4 cup brown sugar1 Tbsp. liquid smoke1/4 cup chopped onion Heat sauce in saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
