Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sweet pickle relish - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
How to make barbecue hamburgers:
Mix beef, salt and pepper and form into 8 patties. Brown in skillet. Pour off fat. Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Pour over hamburgers. Simmer 20 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
